I can't believe it... but it was 90 degrees in Omaha today... so the Scouts ended up not needing to wear their uniforms on their outing. Of course, William was ready at 10 am to go in his head to toe uniform! Needless to say, the boys and their families had a really nice day exploring and learning about nature and what it takes to be a Tiger Scout! What a fun time at the forest! We really enjoy the Holy Cross families and all these little kiddos! Yes... Mallory fit right in with all the boys! Mallory was a little jealous at first... but she insisted that she doesn't want to do Brownies or dance. She just wants to be with William and not share him at times... it is cute... but always a work in progress! It's so good that their soccer teams are separate and that they are in different classrooms. It's been the best thing for both of their identities and who they are! Then William is learning how to not pick on his sister in front of his buddies... it's certainly a learning experience every day for this Mom and Dad of twins!
