It's GO BIG RED day and picnic day for our family!  We get so excited for days like these! William even got up at 5 am ready to go to the park with everyone and wondering if it's football time yet?!!!!

The Lawler's, Carroll's, and Connelly's did such an great job organizing this big family! What an incredible morning/afternoon with incredible people!

I think most of the kids played wiffle ball... We probably played for 2 or 3 hours!

Mike and John took turns pitching!

Some more cousins... aunts and uncles!

My Godson... Joseph, with William... Kelly's Godson! So sweet!

Dog-pile Big Tommy!  Oh, we just LOVE this family!

Most of the kiddos minus about 5 or 6! It's quite the adorable bunch!!!! (19 little people were present today!)
I really had to pinch myself...  I feel like I use to be this little with all of my "cousins"... now we are the moms or dads and our parents are the grandparents.  I literally grew up with all these moms or dads...it feels so surreal.  What a SPECIAL day!

First Day of Preschool!

Getting ready for the first day of St. Columbkille Sacred Heart Preschool!  Did this day really come?!! William hopped out of bed and put his clothes on in 30 seconds.  Mallory was still a little sleepy.  But they both were super excited once awak! We even made cinnamon rolls for this special morning!

The twins with Mrs. Crnkovich!

What we brought for the teachers...

What Mrs. C gave us... Sniff!  Sniff!

Then at 10:50... the preschoolers dismissed.  I was so excited to see my babies again. They told me they had a great day!  Mi-Ma came with me at pick and we couldn't wait to celebrate their first day of preschool.  We headed to Petrow's for a fun lunch!  William got his favorite... "pam-pakes".  Mallory got lettuce with ranch and fries.  What a fantastic day!

First Stormchasers' Game

This was our first game to Werner Park to see the Stormchasers play!  Mallory and William were ecstatic that they got to go to another baseball game!  You might say our twins are a tad obsessed with baseball! William now knows all the players for the Royals and what positions they play! It's a riot to hear a 4 year old tell me about the line-up and the play by plays! We were invited by the Hochstein's and even though it was 98 degrees out... it was totally worth the time and fun spent with friends and family!

William acted out whatever the players were doing!  It was so darn cute! William really wants to be a ball player when he grows up!

Thanks again for the invite and the ice cream, Hochstein's!

Mike bought all the kids a bat and Jayen some sweatbands! Daddy is a honey!

Here's the players doing their thing!

Sweaty but a stellar game!
So the  9th inning hit and the announcer stated that all the kids wanted to run the bases could.  William and Mallory could hardly believe it!!!

The twins are on first base!

Rounding second...

Here the kids are meeting Stormy and getting a coupon!

Finally... they gave away free cotton candy!  Can we say - AWESOME!!!!

I just can't get enough of these memorable and glorious days... do I have to go back to work tomorrow? Hee-Hee-Hee!

5K Epilepsy Walk for Jayen!

Today we got up nice and early for an amazing good cause... the 5K Epilepsy Walk! Not only did we walk 3.2 miles for Jayen... but for my cousin, Melisa and all the people needing the answers they need! It was a most touching day!

Let's rewind... we first took a few pictures at home.  We were sooooooo excited to go on our walk!!!!

The STAR of the show... JAYEN! Oh my goodness... we just LOVE him sooo much!

Nicole and Matt did such a terrific job organizing their big group! We even had purple balloons to release at the end of our walk.

Before the walk began there were clowns with balloons... and both Mallory and William loved the tall clown on stilts!  She was a hoot!

 A lot of the crew...

Our blessings in front of the river!

Here Mallory is getting her face painted by Giggles the clown!

I did too!

William wasn't too sure of the face painting... but he wanted matching Batman tattoos with Daddy! Mallory got a tattoo too, of course!

Then the walk began... it started by the Pedestrian bridge which starts in Nebraska and leads us into Iowa for a bit... it was beautiful!

Even though I took a lot of pictures of Mallory and William in the stroller... thye did walk the 5K probably half the time!  They are troopers! Check out the sweaty two... William's cheeks get sooo rosey in the heat and exercise!

Here the Hochstein's are leading their son, Jayen and family to the finish line... it brought me to tears! So precious! GO TEAM JAYEN!!!!
