We LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED our night in KC! We caught a Royals Vs. Angels game. It was Mike Sweeney Hall of Fame Induction Night... it was Retro Night... we got two free jerseys because we got their early... and we won! It was 9-4! I'm still having lots of mom guilt, but I know it was long overdue. It's been since our 1 year anniversary that we got away together. It's hard for us to sneak away with his schedule being busy in the summer and mine is opposite. I also felt bad asking a grandparent for an overnight... I/we hate to put anyone out... but now that they are 6... it went superbly! I missed our almost 1st graders a lot... but it was GREAT!
Seeing Cueto pitch... AWESOME!
