Today was the official day for kindergarten round-up at Holy Cross! The twins were asking lots of good questions! Mallory: Am I already starting kindergarten... I'm not 5 yet. We have done preschool for a long time. William and Mallory: Will I make new friends? William: Are you staying with us the whole time? Well, the parents stayed with the principal while the preschoolers divided into two classrooms to do various activities. They both did great! I was not only sentimental because it was my grade school, but it really can't be that our babies will be attending kindergarten next year. We are still unsure as to Catholic vs. Rumsey (where I teach)... but I know God has a plan for us. We open enrolled the twinners in October, but we won't find out until April... in the meantime, we had to check out Holy Cross! It was a great morning! I knew the kindergarten teacher... I taught both her daughters dance. I/we also knew about 3/4 of the families there... between Church, dance, and being in this neighborhood my whole life, we new a lot! It did feel so homey and good!
Here are Mallory and William with their buddy, Max! They went to daycare for 3 years together. They are great buds!
Then we dropped Daddy off and met up with Mi-Ma for pancakes and orange juice! Yum! Yum! Yum!
Since we had the rest of the afternoon, and it's super cold here... we headed to the Lego Movie, too with Mi-Ma! It was such a wonderful day!
