Thanksgiving Eve - Santa Visit and Ornament!

 It's tradition that we go see Santa on Thanksgiving Eve and get our family ornament! I LOVE this tradition and I LOVE these moments! William asked for a wrestling belt with velcro (LOL... because of his skinny bottom) and Pokémon cards. Mallory asked for Shopkins and a baby doll.  Our kids seriously steam our hearts!

School Thanksgiving!

We had a school Thanksgiving Feast... it was adorable and soooo much fun! So thankful for these kiddos and Holy Cross! God is... Good! Mallory and William's class is the first picture and my class is below! Seriously... they are so sweet and cute!!! All of them!!!

 

First Reconciliation Day!

It was a BIG day for our Mallory and William... and all the 2nd graders... it's First Reconciliation Day! (My first big sacrament as a teacher... and I'm the mom of 2nd graders... this is just awesome all around!)I tried not to cry tears of how proud I am of allll my 2nd graders... but my tears leaked out! They came into church so nervous and worried, but left with little halos over their heads.  Mallory and William were soooo adorable! They said their penance and waited for their friends to be finished.  There were 6 priests... we had about 60 students with CCD.  William went to Father Salanitro and Mallory went to a visiting priest... both priests were incredible!

Intercom Duty for William and Mallory!

William and Mallory had intercom duty this week.  William was The Morning Offering... and Mallory said The Pledge! You can tell Max is thrilled I took his picture.  We've known Max since he was a baby! Love these moments! Even though the button didn't work for Mallory, the kids did a GREAT job!

Best Friends Getting Married and Dysfunctional Thanksgiving 2016!

What an incredible time of year for LOVE! My Bethy... my life long best friend since kindergarten was married on Saturday, November 12th! Then... my other best friend, Dan was engaged this past week to Aaron... and they are getting married on December 30th! I couldn't be happier for Beth, Trevor, Dan, and Aaron! They are very special people to me and it makes my heart so happy to see them happy! Cheers! Look how cute Trevor and Beth are...

 Kelly was sick, so it was just Becky and I driving to KC for the day! Becky is just the sweetest! Obviously, Beth is the sweetest and the MOST beautiful bride!!!!I JUST  LOVE HER SOOOO MUCH! We missed our Kel Kel, though.

 Then... are is my other bestie with his partener, soon to be husband, Aaron! Golly... I just am beaming with happiness for them! They made the official announcement at Dysfunctional Thanksgiving!
