Kindermusik Time!

We sure love our Kindermusik time each week with Miss Thea!
We were kinda bummed though because today was Miss Thea's last day. She has been our Kindermusik teacher for the last two years!  She has to do the knee surgery thing. Boo... we are sure going to miss her, but so glad she is taking care of herself! She is such a kind and caring teacher! We at least get Miss Kerry next week... and she has been one of our sweet teachers too!

William was playing the shy card because I was taking a few pictures and wasn't right by him.  It's still funny to me that at times, that Mike and I have shy kids.  Hee-Hee!

Glad To Be Celebrating Dad!

Wow!  We are truly GLAD TO BE CELEBRATING DAD!  Mike is one fabulous father and hubby!  Kinda funny because while Mallory, William and I were making Dad breakfast, the twins were running around in the living room while singing pretty loud... well it set off our ADT glass break.  Yes, the alarm sounded and poor Dad didn't get to sleep in.  He said it was ok because he was hungry for our cinnamon rolls. Plus Mallory and William couldn't wait to give their Daddy all of his Father's Day goodies!

Here we are making a dessert for later for when Grandpa Bob comes over!

We then quickly headed to the pool with Daddy.  Mallory and William couldn't wait to show Daddy how much they have been learning in swim lessons!  We got to the pool first thing and were the only ones there!  It was awesome!!!

"The Goggle Triplets"

Swimming with Da Da...

 Continuing to cherish these moments!

Then after nap, Uncle Tom, Grandpa Bob, Grandma Carol, Madison, and Michael came over for a cook-out!  We had such a great time!!!! I tried to get the boys to squish together and they just giggle at me.  I love having the Loftus men around to tease me...

Mike loves to cook up brats for the week... he does this every time we fire up our little charcoal grill.  I think it's just the cutest!

4 of the 7 grand-kids with Grandpa Bob! We really had the nicest time and visit on this FANTASTIC Father's Day!

Father's Day Tribute!

I love showing  Mike, Mallory, and William old photos of my Dad whom I called, "Papa"! But I really wish, from the bottom of my heart, that my Dad could be here to meet all these new special people in my life. I know he is our angel... but today on Father's Day, sometimes makes it tricky.

So each night we pray... and just last night William said (all by himself) that he prays for Grandpa Bill and Jesus who are in heaven. Sniff. Sniff. And... My other favorite Grandpa Bill moment of the week was when we had a bad thunderstorm.  I tell Mallory and William that it's Grandpa Bill bowling in heaven when there is a bad thunderstorm.  Mallory said: He is too loud.  William then said: I think Gpa Bill and Jesus are bowling.  Jesus is going to win! (Cracked me up!)

 I love these family portraits!
I should actually put more pictures of my Mom here... she has been a great Mom/Dad to me!  I'm forever grateful for her and what she has taught me!

I also need to thank Fred for his many years of caring for my mom and me!  He has been very helpful in his quiet way but, deserves a big thank you!  He has been around the Zook ladies for almost 35 years. Right now Fred is suffering from liver cancer and is expected to live 3 months.  My mom is being so sweet to be right by his side.

Wondertwin Powers Activate!

The first half of Father's Day week-end was spent making super hero masks and being super heroes!  We even made puffball mini super heroes!  How cute is our little twin super heroes!

. Wondertwin Powers Activate!!!!!!
In the form of being adorable!

We just love the puffy stickers that you put on the masks!

Super Hero Dancing...

Since we were heading to Church, we had to hang up our masks and put on our adorable little Husker outfits! William and Mallory did so good at church that we just had to go for ice cream!  (Side-note... I don't mean to do so many "posed" pictures... but, William and Mallory's smiles just take my breath away! Also, they have really  been into pictures... I don't know where they get it?!?!!!)

Safari Park with Mi-Ma Day!

Today was a beautiful day with Mi-Ma day... okay, let me remind to the very beginning of the morning. It all wasn't the Safari Park... of course, Mi-Ma spoiled us much more! The day started out with fresh donuts brought by Mi-Ma and a coffee for me. (I think we all are liking this retirement thing!) Then we took off for a short drive to the Wildlife Safari Park!  Mi-Ma has never been!  Mallory and William were so excited to show Mi-Ma all the animals!

We first saw a ton of Elk... the morning must be the time to go! The animals were close and very active!

Mallory did not want her window down... I don't blame her.  Elk are pretty large animals and I think their antlers are as big as half my Jeep Liberty. (Oh, Mallory's baby has come with us this whole week on our summer adventures!  It's so cute! Mallory is going to be a great Mommy one day!)

William saw turkey on his side... the turkey were less intimidating!  He was so excited!!!

Here are the White-Tailed Deer...

The Pelicans...

Going for a walk to see the Eagles...

We only spotted one Eagle today.

Love this!!!

The tractor and the play area was a big hit!

So the last part of the Safari adventure is the BIG Bison.  Yes, they were in the road! Yes, there were forty or fifty! Yes, one was chasing the other trying to mate! I sat and sat thinking... how am I going to drive through these cool big beasts?  Luckily a safari jeep was driving on through and I quickly followed. My mom  was a little nervous I was going to hit one.  They were literally by all of our windows.  I was giggling and giggling... I think it was to show Mallory and William that I wasn't scared.  I did notice my heart racing pretty fast! It was literally sooooo much fun!

The last part of our day ended at the Cracker Barrell.  It was delicious! Days like these are just so memorable and marvelous! Thanks you, Mi-Ma for a stupendous day!!!!!!

Master of Disaster t-shirts from Mi-Ma!  Pretty perfect for our little twinners! LOL!
