Our adventure to Ohio for Sarah and Travis' wedding started at 5 am. We were all in good spirits and rested... but Mike and I were a lot nervous about the plane ride because when went last year to Ohio, the twins cried the whole time! :( This time both Mallory and William wanted to sit by the window... and they loved every minute of the plane ride!!! Yeah! What a relief!
We arrived safely into Cleveland and headed to Wadsworth... Wadsworth, Ohio is where my Dad grew up! So... we all went straight to Aunt Debbie's to spend our first night. (Thank you Aunt Debbie and Uncle Jim for the rides and the use of your car!)
Aunt Debbie's backyard is beautiful!!! Aunt Debbie is so great with our kiddos... It always means a lot to me when my Dad's family sees Mallory, William, and Mike. I so wish he could of met my beautiful and wonderful family...
Here we met our cousin Tom's baby, Allie for the first time! What a honey dolly!
All tuckered out from the flight and day...
Rehearsal Time!
Mallory did FANTASTIC at the rehearsal! William did a great job hanging with Daddy too! So our plan was for Mike to send Mallory to me or she would have not of left my side. All... like I said... went fantastic at the rehearsal!

There was no air and bathrooms... I think the kids did better than the adults!
Needless to say, Sarah and Travis look so happy and I couldn't feel more tickled that my cousin asked Mallory to be their flower girl!

Here is where I fell in LOVE with my husband all over again... Mallory was too shy to walk down the aisle so Mike did what he only knew to do... he picked up his daughter and threw her blue petals for her all the way down the aisle to Mommy! Everyone ewwwwed and awwwwwed! It was ADORABLE! I was in a mix of crying and giggling!

Family...
Mike is the greatest Dad ever! Yes, I am bias... but he really knows how to put a smile on anyone's face! (Not to mention he evens me out when I'm being overly worried and spazzzzy! ;)
I couldn't be more jealous of Sarah's cool jersey. Both Sarah and Travis are huge football fans! They came in the reception wearing jerseys under a people tunnel, while playing fun music!
Here I am with my Dad's cousin... I call her Aunt Eva! Aunt Eva gave me one other favorite part to this trip for me... she looked at my children with tears in her eyes... and said... I see your Dad in both Mallory and William! It was something I could never stop hearing! Love you, Aunt Eva!!!!

Birthday Party Time!
Aunt Debbie was gracious enough to let her stay at her place for two days... and Aunt Fran was gracious enough to throw a party for the August birthdays. Happy Birthday to Matt, Allie, Rachel, and Natalie! Even though it wasn't Mallory and William's birthday... they still got presents. Everyone is far too sweet and thoughtful to the Loftus family! Thank you, everyone! We just felt so bad that Rachel was sick... :(
Mike found an old Oscar the Grouch toy that he use to carry around when he was small... his face lit up! It was so dang cute!
Happy Birthday!!!

Last Day Time!
The last day we met over at Tom's to go the park.
Poor Rachel still wasn't feeling good...
Weeeeeeee!!!
The last day in Ohio we back over to Aunt Debbie's to spend over. (Hotels were booked all over for golf... Many pro-golfers were in town for a tournament.) So... She showed me this house pictured below. It was were my Dad and everyone lived for 6 years... Good ol' Wadsworth! It kinda stunk that one day was at Deb's.... 2 days at a hotel... 1 day back at Deb's. It wouldn't be bad, but packing up with our twins made it tricky at times. We managed... but it was a tad wild... plus we kept getting lost. Imagine that?! Hee-hee-hee!

So we said our good-byes...Sniff. Sniff. Sniff and headed to the airport. Our plane was delayed...We tried to catch our connecting flight by running through terminals... Mallory and William were laughing their heads off. I was ready to throw up from running too fast. I was carrying Mallory and Mike had William. We still missed our flight by 5 minutes. United was so rude! We had to wait in line for 2 hours to get food voutures and a hotel. We didn't get to our Texas hotel until 11:30 at night. Mike and I had no back up clothes. No one wanted to be by us... that's for sure. The kids did great. I had a back up outfit for them... here they are watching, Bubble Guppies. We were and are very thankful for technology!
Thank you, Lord for getting us to home safely and for letting us visit and spend time with family!
