Erin and Emma's 5th Birthday!

Our twin nieces, Erin and Emma had their

5th birthday party at Chop's Bowling Alley, April 3rd.

We had such a delightful time with the Loftus family!

Seriously, where did 5 years go?! Yeeeesh!

(Did you know Daddy named their lovey's? So Cute!)

They CAN'T take a nap or go to bed without their favorite

lovey's! We even have two sets. One for at home and

one we keep at Daycare. (You can never be too careful.)

Also... the picture above is showing the babies mesmerized in

the first video that actually holds their attention. The video is

Baby Einstein's First Moves. This video came in handy while they

were sick the rest of the week. William got his 1st ear infection and

Mallory's temp hit 103. I'm so glad the babies are feeling better!

As you can tell by the Superman cake...

it was our dear friend, Dan's birthday!

We celebrated with yummy food made by

the Lawler's and yummy cake! Did you see

baby Thomas? It was Thomas' 1st night with the

G.G.'s! It was a "super" night! Dan even let Andrew,

Mallory, and William help blow out the candles!

Henry Doorly Zoo

Since I had this week off, Mallory, William, myself,

and about 4 friends and their children headed to the Zoo!

We had an incredible time and we can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed looking at all the funny animals!

Mallory Climbed the Stairs!

1 Year Doctor Visit

Below is a typical picture of Mallory and William.

One baby is usually making a silly face...

and one baby is usually crawling away. :)

As far as how our babies are developing, they are right on target! We are doubly blessed!! Both Mallory and William are cruising the furniture and getting ready to walk. Mallory can balance for a few seconds without holding on, but no steps. William likes to hold on to your fingers and walk from Mommy to Daddy... or to Grandma, but then likes to go to his knees. Our babies are definitely getting to be toddlers. All the "barricades" we had up for safety are now figured out by our smarty babies. So today we finished putting up all the gates and latches. We are loving every minute of their personalities and differences. Notice how I can't call them toddlers yet? I love this stage... every day just keeps getting better! We thank our lucky stars!!!!
