Happy Mother's Day 2016!

God really blessed me with my miracle babies, Mallory and William! I'm so lucky to be their mom! Thank you, God! Thank you!

We began our day by taking Gma Carol to The Rose for the first time! We saw, Piggie and Elephant! The show was adorable!

We then went to visit Mi-Ma and Aunt Fran... we brought them ice cream, pop, shakes, flowers, cards, and presents for Mother's Day! I just worry and LOVE my mom so much! I couldn't be more thankful for Aunt Fran.  My mom really likes her own surroundings and I couldn't be there 24/7.  Aunt Fran is a gift! Mi-Ma is a gift!

After we visited Mi-Ma and Aunt Fran, Mike and the kids took me to dinner at Goldbberg's.  We then packed 20 boxes into Mike's truck from school! Uggghhh! Next Mother's Day... I'm staying in bed all day snuggling my M and W... and watching Family Feud or Let's Make a Deal! Yes... those are our two favorite shows if we happen to catch TV.

What the kiddos made me at school! The first two are from Mallory! My favorite part to Mallory's acrostic poem... Married to dad! LOL!

This is from William! My favorite part on William's is... Outstanding dancer.  I hope his teacher knows it's tap, jazz, and ballet! LOL!

I even got to sneak away with Mike and friends on Saturday night! It was SURE nice to get away from it all! Packing 17 years of stuff... trying to be there for mom and Aunt Fran... soccer games... baseball games... practices... my dance practice... plus it's May with lots of birthday parties and grad parties... I'm feeling a little at my max emotionally and physically.
I've got to keep praying about it all... Patience... deep breaths... and more patience!

LOVE this picture of Mi-Ma with her babies! It's awesome because SHE is my/our superhero!

Gma Sue and Gma Carol babysat for us on Saturday night... We are surrounded by such blessings... I just need to take a deep breath! But I'm a "Zook" and it's what we do... we get stressed and worried! LOL!
Happy Mother's Day!!!!!

William Lost His 4th Tooth... 1st HC Baseball Game... And 2 Soccer Games!

The picture above is of William right before the twins first baseball game! I knew his tooth was going to come out... so he posed accordingly! Because we didn't want to lose his dangly tooth in the grass... Coach Loots helped William pull it out! Mike and I are terrible tooth puller outers! Thank you, Coach!

I see a window!!! What a smile on Billy Boy!

After William hit and ran the bases... he ran over to his soccer game that was going on at the same time! 2 games at once! Ahhhhhh! THANKS to Gpa Bob, Gma Carol, and Uncle Tom for coming to watch! We have the best family! Plus it was easier to split and watch two games with extra people!

William had an AWESOME block!

An hour later... Mallory had her soccer game! Just enough time to change her shirt and grab a snack from our backpack! She even scored a goal!!!! Way to go, Mal Mal!

Whose ready for a nap!? LOL!

Holy Cross Fun Run!

We attended our first Holy Cross Fun Run! Mallory and William wanted to run the 4 full miles.  William was first scared of the dogs... but he quickly got over it and conquered his fears.Poor kid... he's just like me.  Scared of lots.  Ugggh... Then,  Mallory was way far ahead.  Mike had her inhaler and was far behind... it was kinda crazy... but it was nice chatting with new coworkers and families! Once we all got home and showered... I think it was the quickest I've seen us all go to sleep!

Thursday FUN! (Boy Scout Picnic, William Lost His 3rd Tooth, & Madison's Last Choir Concert, )

We had a divide and conquer kinda night.  William went to the Boy Scout picnic with Daddy... they worked on 2 belt loops together. It was adorable! One for theater and the other for growing plants, veggies, etc... I thought it was only fair that the boys were together. (I get my date soon with William... and Daddy and Mallory have something up their sleeve!)  So... I went with Mallory to Madison's last choir concert for her senior year! I know Madison's mom would of been so proud of her!

Here is William receiving his belt loops!

Madison is on the top row all the way to the left.

The seniors got a few extra claps!

Hugging on Mal Mal!

We love you, Madison!

We then came home to find that William finally lost his 3rd tooth! (We actually got a text during the performance!)Golly... We just love our lil' red!

William is sooooo proud of his belt loops... we are sooooo proud of him, too! What a buddy!

Double the Joy!

Check out these almost 2nd graders! They continue to be the best medicine for my mom and just light up our whole days! THANK goodness for all the rain this past weekend.  All the games and practices were cancelled.  Whew! We needed some rest and relaxation time for this weekend... and we enjoyed every minute of it...

Mi-Ma Broke Her Arm!!!! Ahhhhhh!!!!

What can I say... seeing your parents grow old is so hard. Mom/Mi-Ma broke her shoulder, Sunday, April 24th.  Spent a few hours in the ER and now she is living with us.  I felt horrible for her. She couldn't get to the phone for over a half hour. Then after the ER, the medicine they gave her made her super duper sick.  She was sick for 24 hours straight. This whole week has been a whirlwind. Mom can't get food, drink, bathe, etc... alone. We have OT/PT/ and bath aide support.  Our other HUGE support has been Kelly and Aunt Cilla! They really helped us to divide and conquer... it's hard wrapping up 17 years at a job... get the kids here and there... and take care of mom 24/7.  Mike thank goodness also had a rain day!  Can we say... thank the good Lord above for these amazing people! I seriously couldn't have done it without them.  I also had my friend Karyn come help me cut my mom's hair... I have had numerous of awesome comforting conversations with Tamira, Matt, Steve, Nikki, Nicole, and Lisa!  I/we for sure have a terrific village guiding us when things are rough! Did I mention Gpa Bob and Gma Carol have been helping with rides, etc... God love them! Maybe I should ask for help more often. It's hard.  Please continue to keep mom in  your prayers!

Kelly took the kids to the park, McDonalds and Target while I was helping mom.  The kids really didn't need to see my mom getting so sick... Kelly --- YOU are my hero!

Before school kisses and hugs!
