Mallory and William LOVE Grandma Margaret!

For the first few minutes of the party, the babies

would only go to me, Mike, or Grandma Z!

We first opened up many many presents!

The babies are very lucky to have

such wonderful family and friends... but

I do think Mallory and William loved the

tissue -paper and envelopes best!

Actually the babies are loving

all their new toys, books, and money...

and Mommy and Daddy are very grateful

for the summer clothes.

The babies didn't know what to think of this all!

Here is Gramma Carol with William and Mallory.

Grandma Bob was at the party too, he was

just too speedy for the camera!

Now below are some of our family and friends that came

to the birthday party that day. (We had about 60 guests!)
I feel bad I didn't capture everyone in a photo, but it was

really hard taking pictures while hosting and chasing after

two little whipper-snappers. But boy was this day AMAZING!

We enjoyed every minute!!! I really had to keep pinching myself

that a year had gone by... I already want do-overs! Thanks to Lola

and Aunt Kate for helping take these cute pics!

Wagon Ride!

Grandma Margaret bought Mallory and William

this wonderful, red wagon! Our almost 1 year old's

love their new "ride" so much that they cry a

little when you take them out... Mallory especially!

"Big Girl" Crawling!

Mallory is finally doing the "Big Girl" crawl 100% of the time! Yipppeeee!!! Mallory has officially graduated from the wounded soldier crawl to a "Big Girl" crawl! Mallory is just as fast as brother, William now. Did we mention she bit her brother yesterday? Miss "Sassy" Mallory was frustrated over a toy they both wanted... Uh-oh! Poor William was in tears and has his first bite mark. Oh, the things that we are in for... I have a feeling this is just the beginning of the many many wounds to come! It's weird how quickly "no thank you" is now in our vocabulary!
